*If the competitive event has not been created, follow the steps in the How to Create an Event League or Tournament guide to create your event before proceeding.*
Confirm that the competitive event has been created. If so, proceed with following the steps to create your ticketed event.
From the dashboard, select the Venue module and locate the desired venue within the list of your venues. Select the events number.
Select New Event.
Complete the ticketed event information. You must select the competitive event which you are going to be distributing tickets/credentials from within the dropdown list.
NOTE: Depending on your event, it is important to utilize and set the minimum / maximum number of tickets per person. Example: If your event requires that each user has only one (1) credential, you will need to set the min/max to one (1).
If the system is going to create the sections, you will need to create a single pricing tier within the ticketed event.
Note: You can create sections manually and connect them to a different pricing tier if desired. The section name must be the exact same as the team name from within the event.
Enter in the appropriate information and hit save.
You have completed the steps within the ticketed event. Now you proceed to the competitive event via Scheduling -> Events. Locate your event and select the event name.
From within the competitive event, select the ticket distribution tab and rosters.
From the Team Filter and Manifest Filter, select the appropriate team and ticket manifest. Hit Search.
This will display only approved players on the team event roster as well as their role and whether any tickets/credentials have been distributed to them previously. Select Assign.
The system will automatically populate the seat manifest and team that was previously selected. You have the ability to change the section color (i.e the ticket/credential color) by checking the box. If you do not select the box, it will default to the color of the pricing tier.
Note: You can adjust the section color after the section has been created by selecting the section from within the ticketed event.
Select your color and hit choose.
Select Assign Tickets. This process will create new sections (if not already created) based on the user role (i.e player or coach/manager).
You will now see tickets assigned to individuals. To review the tickets, select the number next to the user.

To review the section created, select the team name.

As new users are approved and/or added onto the roster, complete the steps above by using the filters to locate the team and manifest. Selecting Assign Tickets when ready.
Note: You will not need to change the section color as it will default to the existing section color.
Note 2: Users with tickets already assigned to them will not receive additional tickets.
