Overview
Club admins can update a coach/manager competitive level and affiliation, and/or update all coaches/managers in bulk.
Instructions
Step One:
Click the "Club Management" tab and click "Coach" or "Manager" to go to your club's respective list, and click on the player.
Step Two:
Click on the name of the coach/manager that you would like to update:
Step Three:
On the right side of the page where it says "Add Role", select the drop down menu and choose which competitive level and corresponding affiliation that you'd like to add for the coach:
To Update the competitive levels for your coaches/managers in bulk, from your coach/manager list click the top check box to "Bulk Select". You can click "Select All Coaches/Managers" above your bulk actions to select every player in the club. Click the "Comp Level/Affiliation" button.
Note: Updating in Bulk will will override any current role with another Association. If you have coaches/managers that are dual affiliated, you will want to click "New Role" within the particular coach/manager roles.
Select the appropriate competitive level. DO NOT select the league level or club level. Click "Save".
