As an Assignor: How to Publish/Unpublish Referee Assignments

Overview: 

This article will explain how to hide assignments from the view of the referee until the assignor is ready for the assignments to be listed in the referee's account. 

Instructions: 

Step 1. 

Navigate within the assignor account to the referee module. Click on Referees and then Referee Assigning. Click on Match List.

Step 2.

Using the checkboxes located on the left side, Select the matches that the assignor is publishing/unpublishing.

Step 3.

Bulk actions will appear above the list of matches and there will be a button to publish and a button to unpublish the assignments. Publishing the assignments will allow the referees to accept and reject matches accordingly.

Note the default is published assignments so the assignor would need to unpublish first to hide assignments from the referee view.
