How to Review Matches That Have Been Edited and Restore Previous Assignments

Overview

This article will guide the assignor on how to review matches that have been edited or changed, and also restore or remove previous assignments. Any match that has a change of field, change of date or time, or is edited in any way by the Event Director will be put into Restore Status if it had previous assignments. 

Instructions:

Step 1:

• Navigate to the Match List in the referee module 

Step 2:

• Using the filters, adjust the filter titled "Needs Officials Review" to "True" and click Search. This will bring up all matches that have been edited and need to be reviewed.

Step 3:

• Click assign on the right-hand side, to enter the match detailed view

Step 4:

• Any referees from the previous assignments that are still available will appear at the bottom of the match details highlighted in green with a "Restore Assignments" button. Any referees that are unavailable to this new change either due to blackouts or other assigned matches will appear in pink with a "Remove Assignments" button. Click either Restore Assignments to put the previous crew back on this match or remove assignments to remove the unavailable referees. 

NOTE: You can assign over a previous crew. If you want to do new assignments for this changed game, you would need to remove the previous crew, even if they are available.
