Require GotSoccer Rankings Team ID during the Event Application Process

1.  The new Require GotSoccer Rankings ID for teams registering setting will be on by default on any new or future event. The purpose of this setting is for teams to provide their Rankings ID to speed up the process of ranking events while carrying over their history from the GotSoccer Legacy system.

Once that feature is activated, a team will either need to enter their GotSoccer Legacy ID or generate a new GotSoccer Rankings Team ID during the application process. 

 

2.  If the team does not know their ranking ID then they have the ability to use the search tool to find their ID if one exists or generate a new one if it is a brand new team.

3.  The search feature will allow the team to search the entire database for an existing team and if the team still can't find a match, the team can browse the list of teams in that age group or generate a new unique ID for their team.
