How to message a team as an event director

Log in to your Gotsport account and click on events.

Select the desired event. 

Click on the registration tab and use the filters to find the teams you want to send a message to.

Select the team(s), and the bulk actions bar will appear. Then Select Send the message.

A Pop-up window will open, and you can choose the recipient's types / Message Type / Sending method and use predefined messages.

Bulletin = one message per unique  email 

Personalized = one message per account

You also can personalize your message content and hit the send button.
