WYSL Teams
This is the new online registration form for the WYSL. This form will be used to manage all seeding, coaching coordinations, and special requests. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to Jared@GotSport.com
START HERE
When you first click on the registration link, you will see a page that looks like this.
Your username will be the email address you used last season.
Your password will be the initial letter of your first name, the initial letter of your last name, followed by wysl. All lower case.
For example; if your name is John Smith, your password is jswysl.
If this does not work, you can use the Forgot Password link. Just remember to go back to the registration form after receiving/resetting your password.
After entering your username and password, you will see a page like this.
If you are already linked to a team, you will see them on the left hand side of the screen. You can click the blue register button next to that team to be taken to the next step.
If you are not linked to a team, you can search for the team in the right hand box. Please enter the team name and club name to search for the team. The gender and age box is optional so you do not have to enter information here.
If the team is found, it will show up below and you can click register to continue
If the team is not found or is a new team, you need to fill out the additional info and then continue with the form. Once all information has been entered, click Save, and then click Register
On the next page, you are entering or confirming the details of your personal account. Then click Save and Continue.
On this page, confirm the team name, gender, and team age is correct for the upcoming season. You will also inout the team's GotSoccer ID (if you have one), Choose a team association, preferred division, and the team's competitive level.
On this page, please enter all of the required seeding information for the seeding committee
The second part of this page is only U15, JV, and Varsity teams.
On this page, enter in your schedule requests and coaching coordination details.
On this page, please enter your general request information
On this page, you are entering in your special requests. Please make sure to read the agreements and only enter requests that fall within the guidelines. Requests for times that are not valid will not be considered.
On this page, you will be adding coaches and managers to the team.
If you are not listed below, you must enter the first name, last name, and email of the manager or coach you want to add in the appropriate boxes and click search.
If the individual is not found, you will have the option to add that person to the team account. Enter all information and then click Create.
On this page, you will select a payment plan for your team.
If you are done, click on Continue to Checkout button to go to the final page.
Once on this page, first lick on the checkbox next to 'Yes, I agree' to the the payment terms. Then click Register to complete registration for this team.
You will then be taken to a new page letting you know you have successfully completed your team registration for the event.
