Overview:
The below instructions will demonstrate how to add and update the Status of a match as an Event Director.
Step One:
From your "Dashboard" click the "Scheduling" tab, followed by "Events".
Step Two:
Click on the specific "Event"
Step Three:
Click the "Primary Schedule" tab at the top, followed by "Match List"
Step Four:
Click "Edit" on the right side of the particular match, click the "Status" dropdown, and select your "Status". Then click "Save".
If you chose "Other", input your new status in the "Other Status" text box, then click "Save".
Status Labels:
Here is a list of actionable status labels and a description of the action that is associated with it.
- Postponed: No Match Minute Entries can be added. You will have to update this match status if the match minutes are needed.
- Rained Out: No Match Minue Entries can be added unless the status is changed.
- Friendly: Match scores will show on the schedules, but will NOT be included on the standings for either team. A friendly will not be included in playoff progression if applicable either.
- Hidden: Only the tournament Admins/Event Directors will see this match when the status is set to "Hidden", even when the overall schedule is published. The game will be hidden from everyone else.
Each of the status labels above has specific actions associated with the status. All of the other status options are solely informational and do not have any actions associated with them.
