From there, an org administrator has three options: 1) Follow the instructions in this help article to automatically load all of those individuals into the org's account; 2) Download the file in .csv format, remove or add or revise information for individuals, and import it into the org's account separately; or 3) Do nothing with this data in the "staging table" and instead start with a fresh import directly from the registration system used by the member org.
The previously completed registration requirements, (ex: proof of birth verification; background screening, etc.) and duration of staff memberships (ex: 2020-22) will be recognized when applicable.
The players and staff being loaded now include those registered with US Club Soccer through the end of January 2021. We anticipate additional players and staff being added in mid-May and early August to capture those who register between February 1 and July 31, 2021.
Please note that individuals may appear more than once in the "staging table" if, for example, a passcard/registration was purchased in both 2019-20 and 2020-21. When loading those individuals into the org's account (via option "1" above), the GotSport platform will automatically consolidate those duplicate records into one account for that individual.

From your "Dashboard", click the "Imports" tab at the top, and select "External Data"
All of your players and staff members will show up in the list below as staged users. You can use the filter box to show either type of user. After filling in your filters, click "Search".
To import users into your club, select the check box next to the User's name. After you select the users, click the "Bulk Actions" button above. You will have the option to Import as Player, Import as Coach, or Import as Manager. Choose the role that you import the user as.
Note: If there are duplicate users in your list, only one account will be created if their information matches.
Select the "Affiliation", then click "Import". This will send your import into a que.
Once the import is complete, you will get this notification. To see a report of what has been imported, click "Download Report".
Once your import is complete, you can back to the staging area and verify your players.
You will filter for your players, select the players, click the "Bulk Actions" dropdown and click "Verify Players". A popup will come up to confirm the verification of the players.
