Submit R-002 Form - Club Registrar Self Certification US Club Soccer

Overview

This guide will walk you through how to approve the R-002 form that players that have submitted hard copies for.

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

• Login to your account (How to Login)

Step 2

• Click on CLUB MANAGEMENT 

Step 3

• Click on PLAYERS

Step 4

• Select the players you would like to certify as having the R-002 form on file.

Step 5

• Click CREATE FORM REGISTRATIONS

Step 6

• Choose the R-002 form listed in the dropdown

Step 7

Click SAVE
