As an Admin, View which Players Have Completed/Not Completed the R002 Form

1.   From your organization dashboard, click on club management-players:

2.  From the saved search list, select the option for (US Club Soccer) Form R002 (Player, Info, MTA, Wavier/Release and Consent Form) - 2023-24 - Required/Not Complete to view which players have yet to complete the form:

3. Click the blue "Search" button shown here:

4.  If you'd also like to see who has completed the form, change the filter for "Player Parent Org Form" to "Is Complete" and click Search again:
