This article will provide you with a step-by-step process on how to sync your coach certifications from the learning center to your GotSport dashboard.

There is an API between GotSport and the U.S. Soccer Learning Center. In order for the sync to work, there are three pieces of information that need to match: first name, last name, and email address. All three areas need to match exactly in both user profiles in GotSport and the Learning Center.
Step 1: Check to see if your First Name matches. If you need to change your first name in the Learning Center, complete the form linked here. The U.S. Soccer Learning Center completes these forms once a week. If you need this changed before the end of the week, please proceed to the steps on How to Upload a Form.
Step 2: Check to see if your Last Name matches. If you need to change your last name in the Learning Center, complete the form linked here. The U.S. Soccer Learning Center completes these forms once a week. If you need this changed before the end of the week, please proceed to the steps on How to Upload a Form.
Step 3: Check to see your Email Address. If you need to change your email address in the Learning Center, you have the ability to do so by going to your profile in U.S. Soccer Learning Center, and click Update Contact Details. On the next page is where you can change your email address. When finished. click Save.
- Once logged into GotSport, click Certifications.
- Click Get USSF ID. This will sync your GotSport account to the learning center and bring over any completed courses you have done.
Note: If "Get USSF" remains and does not change to "Get Licenses", certifications will need to be manually added by your league.
- If you complete any certifications in the future, click the Certifications tab, and then click Get Licenses.
***NOTE: If you are being instructed to have certifications linked to your profile, please contact your state about their process to manually upload.
