How to Submit a Registration Request Form - Player/Coach Approval

Overview:

This form will be used to inquire about a player-coach or manager registration status.

Instructions:

Step 1:

• From the Dashboard, click the "Club Management" tab, followed by "Players."

Step 2:

• Click the player's name
• Then click "Forms" above and "Available Forms"

Step 3:

• Select the Registration Request Form - Player/Coach Approval , fill in the corresponding information, and "Submit."
