Overview:
If the event you're participating in has enabled this setting, coaches and managers will be able to chat with the opposing coaches or managers. This is typically used to coordinate a date/time/field of a match to be played.
Instructions:
Step 1:
- From your coach/manager profile, click on the "Team Management" tab.
Step 2:
- Click on "Matches" and then use the filters to narrow your search by team, or specific event.
Step 3:
- For the match that you would like to contact the opponent for, click on the corresponding chat bubble button.
- NOTE*** If you do not see the Chat Bubble, that means the event has not enabled the Team Chat setting. If this is the case, you must contact the event director directly to help communicate with your opponent.
Step 4:
- Here you would be able to view any existing match chat data, or you can click on "New Message" to send one
- Once you send the message, the opposing coach/manager will receive an email. They will be able to view the message by clicking on the link.
