Log into your organizational account and within the billing module, click on payments
Utilize the filters to locate the payment to refund. Once located, select the refund button.
In the refund pop-out, it will identify the number of tickets associated to the payment, the total payment amount, and default selected add a credit for the refunded amount.
You have the ability to revoke the ticket(s) associated to the payment during the refund process. Check the box for the ticket(s) to revoke.
From the credit type dropdown, select Credit. This will zero out the invoice associated to the payment. It does not add a credit to the user account. The method of payment will be refunded the dollar amount.
The amount to refund will auto-populate the full amount of the payment. You can edit this amount by entering in the dollar amount. You will not be able to refund more than the total max refundable amount.
