Log in to your account and on the left side, select store. Click on the desired store that you would like to add the group ticket discount.
Select the features tab (top) and click on the new feature button.
A pop-up window will open. Enter your group discount information and hit save.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOW TO FILL THE GROUP TICKET SALES FEATURE
NAME
Enter the name of the Group Ticket Sales (Ex: 4 Tickets Group Sale)
CATEGORY
You can create a new category, or choose from an existing category list. (EX: Group Sales)
DESCRIPTION
You Write a Description about the group ticket sales feature you want to offer (Ex: Get $20 dollars off when you buy 4 GA tickets )
AVAILABLE WHEN EXACTLY
That is the number of tickets they need to purchase to give access to the discount.
WITH TICKET PRICE OF
Where you Select what kind of ticket is eligible for this discount
DATE RANGE
You can select the date range that the group ticket sales feature will work (leave blank for an unlimited date range)
MAXIMUM QUANTITY
The maximum quantity allowed to be selected by users - normally suggests it to be 1.
When using Percentage discount, keep the maximum quantity to 1
QUANTITY AVAILABLE
Is the number of times you want this discount to be used overall (leave blank for unlimited)
AMOUNT
For discount, Use the Negative sign before the amount to give the discount
Ex: -5.00 to discount ($5.00)
PERCENT
To use Percentage discount, Check the Percentage box and enter the desired percentage, The Percentage setting will apply to the total amount of the entire order.
VOUCHER CODE
This is not needed for Group Sales, this would be used for promotional content with voucher/discount code.
ACTIVE
Using the checkbox will turn on or off the feature
GLOBAL
Using the checkbox will make this feature available to be added to all stores
After completing these steps, your group ticket sale feature is ready to be used.
