Overview:
This article will demonstrate the steps on purchasing a ticket for an event.
Instructions:
Step 1:
- Click on the event you are interested in purchasing tickets for and click "Click to Buy".
Step 2:
- Choose the number and type of tickets you want to purchase PER ROW.
- You will be able to select the quantity of tickets later in the process
- You may use the filters to select options such as general admission, reserved seating, or different price levels.
Step 3:
- If you choose a General Admission or Standing Room ticket, you will be prompted to "Add to Cart and Checkout" or "Add to Cart and Continue Shopping"
- If you select a seated section, you will be prompted to choose your seats by clicking on the yellow dots.
- Once selected, the seating information will show on the right side and the yellow dots will change to white with a yellow outline
Step 5:
- After making your selection, click the Add to Cart button
- If you are ready to checkout, Proceed to Checkout by clicking the "Check Out" button or the "Cart" at the top right
Step 5:
- If you already have a GotSport account, sign in using your email address and password.
- Otherwise, you can create a new account by providing your email address and personal information.
Step 6:
- Review the order summary to double-check the ticket details, quantities, and total price. Make sure everything is correct before finalizing the purchase.
- Complete the Payment with various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
- After successfully completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from GotSport. This email will serve as proof of your purchase and may be required for ticket retrieval or entry to the event.
GotSport offers various delivery methods, including mobile tickets, and print-at-home tickets. Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to obtain your tickets.
