Overview
New Filters have been implemented within the Team Registrations tab within an event. The below steps will show you how to find the filters and define them.
Instructions
Step 1.
- From the Admin Dashboard, select the 'Scheduling' module and 'Events'.
- Locate the event you are seeking to review team registration documents for and select it.
Step 2.
- Select the 'Team Registrations' tab and 'More Filters' option.
Step 3.
Scroll to the bottom and you'll see new filter options:
- With Parents - When selecting NO, this filter will show teams with rosters that have at least one player that is missing a parent/guardian relationship
- Pending Players - When selecting YES, this will show the teams that have players that are pending approval.
- With Event Roster - This filter will show teams that do or do not have rosters built for this event
- Form Completion Date- When selecting a date, the results will populate teams that have completed the required form since that date ***NOTE- For this filter, a Required Form will need to be selected off within the Event Info tab. If a form is not selected, this filter will not show.
