Overview:
Event Directors and State Associations have the ability to 'bulk' register teams to other events. This is extremely useful for tournament winners who need to be promoted from their Regional Tournament registration to State Cup/Finals.
Instructions:
Step 1
- Navigate to your event by clicking Scheduling > Events > Click onto the name of the event
- Click the Registrations tab at the top to be directed to the team registrations list.
Step 2
- You can 'bulk' select the teams by checking off the box to the left of their names.
- From there you'll see a "Register to Events" button. Click that button and a new window will appear
Step 3
- From the dropdown menu, choose the name of the event you want to register the teams to, then click Create.
- This will bulk enroll those teams into the chosen event. NOTE** This will bypass any registration questions that are asked within the new event.
