Overview:
Event Directors have the ability to export Player Books and can them give them to the College Coaches who are in attendance.
Instructions:
Step 1:
- In order for the Player Book Export to work properly, your event schedule will need to be published. Here is the article for How Do I Publish My Schedule?
Step 2:
- Enable College Coaches within your event by checking off the "College Coaches" button within the Event Info tab
- After that, click the small SAVE button underneath that button. ***NOTE please see below screenshot as there is two Save buttons on that page.
Step 3
- Once those two settings have been enabled. Click the College Coaches tab at the top of the page.
Step 4:
- Click the Player Book button
- Choose the division you want to Export. Click Save
- The results will be emailed to you.
- If you do not see the Player Book button, please verify steps 1 and 2 are complete.
