Overview:
Managers and Coaches can view a player's Billing Status and whether or not they are "Due" "Current" or "Paid" within their billing cycle.
Be sure that your Club Admin has enabled the "Show Registration Billing Status to Team Officials" setting within the Program you want to track the billing status for. This is a setting only Club Administrators have access to enable/disable.
Instructions:
Step 1
- Sign in to your GotSport account and click on the Team Management tab.
Step 2
- Click on your team name
Step 3:
- Click the Program Registrations tab
- A new dropdown menu for Seasonal Year will appear.
- Choose the current seasonal year and click Search
Step 4:
- After clicking Search, your team members and their billing status for their program registrations will be shown.
