Step 1:
- Review your league setup by going to Scheduling > Events, and clicking on your league event name.
**Note: Ensure any questions you want answers to are created under the Application tab. You must ask teams if they are carded in a different competitive league in Ohio.

- If you are a league that takes scheduling requests, go to the Access and Options tab and click Team Scheduling Requests to turn this event tool on.
Step 2:
- Open the league scheduling event by clicking on Open Registration Form located under the Event Info tab, then click Save.
**Note: When opening league registration, turn on Include and require team roster coach/manager step and leave Require user to select club turned off.
**Note: You do have the ability to turn on the Allow clubs to directly enroll teams setting. Turning this on means coaches/managers will have to go into the application after registering to answer questions. Additionally, if you are collecting team fees you will have to manually invoice as well.
Step 3:
- Start accepting teams within the Registrations tab of your league scheduling event.
Step 4:
- Filter by accepted teams.
- Then register accepted teams into the carding event.
Step 5:
- After registering the accepted teams, set teams' roster source by clicking the bulk checkbox and clicking the blue Set Roster Source button.
Teams must be sourced from the official carding event. This means all roster changes need to be made in the Carding event.
Step 6:

Email teams steps of how and where to build rosters for the carding event.

- First, create your template by clicking on the Communication module and then selecting Dashboard from the dropdown.

- After the template is created, you will email teams the roster instructions within the Registrations tab by clicking the bulk checkbox and selecting the blue Send Message button.
Step 7:
- Verify and Approve Players by clicking on the Associations module, selecting Events from the dropdown, and then clicking on the carding event.

Verify a player by clicking on the team’s name and then clicking on the numbered box next to the player on the right-hand side.
- **Note: The numbered box represents how many documents the player has.

- On the next pop-up, select Verify.
How to Verify Documents as a League

- Approve a player by clicking on the checkbox next to the player on the team’s roster, and then selecting Approve Rosters from the bulk actions.

- In the next pop-up window, click Approve Roster again.
Step 8:
- Printing of player cards can occur. Only roster approved players will have a player card.
