Independent Team Declaration and Head Coach Registration (All States)

This is for any teams that are not attached to a club. You’ll need the following programs setup:

1. Head Coach and Team Declaration
2. Additional Coaches
3. Players
   • **Note: Players will complete any required forms during the player registration process. Those that complete forms during player registration, can and will be reviewed during the approval process.

Step 1:

• Create Team Declaration and Head Coach Registration

Step 2:

• Click the Registration Form tab. Check to see if any form questions need to be added, or required forms that need to be completed.

Step 3:

• Coach will access the registration link and complete the registration

Step 4:

• When coach registration is completed, create the team that the coach has indicated under Club Management > Teams.

Step 5:

• Register the team to your existing Independent Team Registration Event.

Step 6:

• Send your templated email to the head coach with instructions and links for additional coaches as well as players to register. Your an copy and paste the below as a template.

We will begin reviewing your registration and creating your team.

Now that you have completed your program registration, we will need all additional coaches and players to register. The following links are below:

When sending the program registration links to your coaches and players, please make sure you provide your team members with the official team name as well as the team age group so players can be added to the team automatically. When players register to the program, they must select the correct age group of the team.

                  Example: If John Smith is registering for 2011B Blue, and 2011B Blue is a U14 team, John Smith must register as a U14 player. If John Smith selects the incorrect age group, he will not see his available team (2011B Blue)

Once the state has reviewed and approved the coach and player registrations, we will mail pass cards to the address provided in the registration.

Step 7:

• Review and approve players by clicking on the Associations module and selecting Events from the dropdown. Then click on Your State's 24/25 Tournament Teams Carding Event.

• Click on the team name.

• Once you have reviewed the player(s), click the checkbox next to the player(s) and select Approve Roster from the bulk actions options.
  • **Note: This is where you can review the required forms that were completed by the player during player registration

Step 8:

• Once the team is approved, print off the pass cards and rosters to be provided to the team.
