Overview

Instructions
Step 1:
- From your Dashboard, click the Forms module and select Forms again from the dropdown.
Step 2:
- Click New Form or Copy from a previous form to bring over previous dialogue boxes and settings.
Step 3:
- Select your settings. Once you get to the dropdown menu for Type, select Custom Transfer.
Step 4:
- Now you will have new settings and options to enable or disable.
Here is some additional information about these settings:

Select League will allow the player to select the specific league the transfer will take place within.
- **Note: For this to work, an event will need to be selected in the below "Available Events" setting.
- Allow sending organization to approve (if applicable) is if you want to require the club sending the player to approve the transfer before being initiated.
- Allow receiving organization to approve (if applicable) is if you want to require the receiving club to approve the transfer before implemented.
- Allow Parent/Guardian Approval (if applicable) is if you want to require the parent/guardian to approve the transfer before implemented. The parent will need to navigate to the form itself within their parent account
- Allow Team Coach Approval (if applicable) is if you want to require the coach of the team to accept the transfer before showing on the roster
- Automatically Approve Associated Roster if Transfer Accepted is if you want to auto-approve the status of the player from Pending to Approval

Automatically Execute Transfers with same receiving and sending organization is if you want the transfer to immediately take affect if the sending/receiving teams are within the same club/organization.
- **Note: Turning on this setting will then provide you with an option of how you want the transfers to be executed (Transfer as P, S, or Cp, and Add as P, S, CP or G).
- An additional setting will populate here as well that automatically is turned on: Create Transfer When Form is Auto-Executed (if applicable)
- This means a transfer history record will be created for the player once the form is approved and executed.
Step 5:
- Add any unique questions to your form through the Registration Form tab.
