Step 1:
- From your Dashboard, select the Programs module and then select Programs List from the dropdown
Step 2:
- Click + New Program.
**Note: If you have an ODP Program created from the previous year, you have the ability to clone the program and adjust the dates, seasonal year, and wording. Click here to view a support article with the step-by-step process of how to clone a program.
Step 3:
- Complete the Program Set Up page and click Save at the bottom page when you are done.

If you are first setting up an ODP Tryout program, you will need to turn on both the Tryout setting and Skip Required Forms setting.
Step 4:
- To create unique questions to ask players during tryout registration, click the Registration Form tab and then click + New Form Element.
Step 5:
- If your tryout registration is collecting fees, create them in the Registration Fees tab.
Step 6:
- Edit the Appearance of your program in the Appearance tab.
Step 7:
- Open your registration by turning on the Open setting located on the set-up page. Then click Save.
Step 8:
- Now create your official ODP registration following Steps 1-8 above. When creating this program, turn on the Invitation Required setting and select your ODP Tryout program from the dropdown.
