OOS Registration Event
Step 1:
- From your Dashboard select the Scheduling module on the left and then select Events from the dropdown.
- Click on the OOS Registration Event to be taken to the event set up page. Turn on Open application formand Allow clubs to directly enroll teams event settings. Then click Save.
Step 2:
- In the Access & Options tab, turn on the Auto approve compliant roster changes tool if your state allows players to be automatically approved on a roster when they are added to a team.
Step 3:
- In the Status Labels section, click Advanced Settings
Step 4:
- Click the checkbox next to Include Wild Card One on Roster Builder. Then make OOS the Short Label and Out of State the Long Label.
Step 5:
- Click the Club Management module on the left and select Teams from the dropdown to create OOS teams.
- You may have one Open team per gender or one team for each age group
Step 6:
- Register teams to the OOS Event by selecting the Registration tab at the top of the page and clicking Register next to the OOS Event.
How to Bulk Enroll Teams to an Event
OOS Program Pool
Step 1:
- To create your OOS program, select the Programs module on the left and select Programs List from the dropdown. Then click New Program.
**Note: If you created an OOS program in previous years, you have the ability to clone/copy this program.
Step 2:
- Click on the name of the program to be taken to the program’s setup page and check the settings of your program.
Step 3:
- Add Registration Fee (if players pay to play to out of state)
How to Create Registration Fees
Step 4:
- Check the Registration Open box and click Save at the bottom of the page.
- After you open the registration and save this change, you can scroll up to view the registration links for the program.
- These links can be sent directly to players who are awaiting the link.
- If you click the link, it will bring you to the first page of the OOS Program Registration.
After Player Registration
Step 1:
- Go to Club Management > Roster Builder and select the OOS Event. Then click Submit.
**Note: You can filter by select teams or view all teams registered to the event from your account.
Step 2:
- Click the grey Out of State box so players are added to the team’s roster with an OOS status.
**Note: You can filter by the OOS Program to only view players registered to your OOS Program.
- Add player(s) to team by using the drag and drop method or bulk select.
- If auto approval has been turned on, the player will have a green check mark next to them on the team’s roster – indicating they are approved.
- If auto approval is turned off, the player will have a yellow triangle next to them – indicating the player is pending approval from the event.
Step 3:
- Go to Association > Events and approve players on rosters within the OOS event (if you do not have auto-approve turned on)
