Clone Internal Event Roster to Official Registration/Rostering Event

Step 1

  • From the Dashboard, Select Club Management followed by Roster Builder.

Step 2

  • Select the event that your teams are registered to, and select which teams you want to build rosters for. Then click Submit.

Step 3

  • Once on the Roster Building page, click the bulk Actions button on the right-hand side and then select Bulk Clone Rosters.

Step 4

  • Select your Internal Rostering Event from the dropdown and then click Clone.

  • Click OK in the next pop-up.

  • Click the blue Finish button.

All players/staff members have now been cloned over from your Internal Rostering Event to the Official Registration/Rostering Event.

**Note: If requirements are not completed, the player/coach will not clone successfully over to the official roster from the internal roster.

Any players on the team with a Yellow Triangle next to their name will need to have their roster spot approved by the governing body. Players on the team with green checkmarks signify they have been approved by the event.
