GotPay - How to Generate the Payout for Referees by the Assignor

Overview:
This article will demonstrate how an Assignor will generate payouts for referee(s) to be paid by a paying organization using GotSport Pay.

Instructions:

• Step 1: You must have two elements to pay out the referees.
  • 1. The match must have a score;
  • 2. The referee must have accepted the game.
• Step 2: The Assignor can generate the payout in two different ways.
  • 1. Individual Match and referee or;
  • 2. Bulk Match 
    • 1. Individual Match. Click on the Blue Generate Payout and then select the refs to pay out. Finally, click on save. This then will be sent over to the paying organization. (note the green $ lets you know a payout has been sent to the paying organization for review and approval.)
    • 2. Bulk Match Click on all the matches that you want paid out then click on the blue Bulk Generate Payout button which will send it over to the paying organization.
