Step 1:

From the Dashboard, select "Club Management" followed by "Roster Builder.”
Step 2:
- Here you will Select the Event you are going to build your Roster for and hit Submit.
Step 3:
- Bulk clone rosters from the previous years event by clicking the top Actions button, and selecting Bulk Clone Rosters from the dropdown.

Select your State’s Previous Seasonal Year Registration Event and click Clone.

Click “OK” on the next pop up. The system is verifying you want to clone all rosters from the previous registration event.
Step 4:
- Click Add Filter and select Player Program from the dropdown. Filtered by Not Registered In and select your competitive program registration for this seasonal year.
- The players highlighted in white are not registered in the program for this seasonal year.
Step 5:
- Remove the non-registered players from team rosters in bulk by clicking the bulk Actions button and then select Remove Players Matching Search from the dropdown.
Step 6:
- Additionally, you can filter the list of players in roster builder to see who is currently not rostered.
- Click Add Filter again and select Player Team from the dropdown. Filter by “Not Rostered On” and select all teams. This will show players who are not currently rostered AND registered to the competitive season program.
Step 7:
- Add player(s) to a team by checking off the checkbox next to the player(s) name, and clicking Add to Team.
**Note: If you have a long list of players not rostered, you can use the filters on this page to narrow down your search and/or sort players specific to gender, age, and other attributes.
Step 8:
- Once team rosters are ready to submit to the state, click the green bulk approval button to bulk approve players on the team's roster.
- Players with all completed requirements will be listed in green text -- meaning they have been approved on the roster. Those that need additional items to be completed will show in a red error message along with what needs to be completed, and will remain Pending on the roster.
