Overview
This article will provide you with a step-by-step process on how to sync your Safe Soccer coaching requirements and certifications from the learning center to your GotSport dashboard.
- To log in to the U.S. Soccer Learning Center, click here
- If you do not have an account with USSF, click here to create your account now
There is an API between GotSport and the U.S. Soccer Learning Center. In order for the sync will work successfully:
- Your U.S. Soccer Learning Center and GotSport Email/UserID must be the exact same email address. Additionally, your Date of Birth must be input in both accounts correctly.
If those pieces of information do not match, you have the ability to update the information in either platform.
- To change your email in U.S. Soccer Learning Center: Go to your profile in U.S. Soccer Learning Center and click Update Contact Details. On the next page, you can change your email address to match your GotSport Email/UserID. When finished. click Save.
- To change your Email/UserID GotSport: Go to your account in GotSport. Update your “Email/UserID” to match your Learning Center Email. When finished. click Save.

Step 1:
- Once logged into GotSport, click Certifications.
Step 2:
- Click Get USSF ID. This will sync your GotSport account to the learning center and bring over any completed courses you have done.
Note**: If "Get USSF" remains and does not change to "Get Licenses", certifications will need to be manually added by your league.
Step 3:
- If you complete any certifications in the future, click the Certifications tab, and then click Get Licenses.
***NOTE: If you are being instructed to have certifications linked to your profile, please contact your state about their process to manually upload.
