Overview:
The below video and steps will demonstrate how Coaches and Managers can access and update their player attendance for their teams.
Instructions:
Step 1:
- Open the GotSport Team App and tap on the Scheduling tab at the bottom
Step 2:
- Find the individual event that you would like to view attendance for.
- You can access the attendance for the event by locating and tapping on the tab with the check mark, x, and question mark.
Step 3:
- Click on a tab and it will pull up a view of all the player profiles registered on the team and their status for the event. Coaches and Managers have the ability to override attendance for players if they need to.
- NOTE*** only the coaches will have a view of the entire team's attendance. If you are a parent or athlete you will only have access to view and alter your players attendance.
- After you’ve set a player's attendance, you can see a snapshot of the attendance numbers in the preview for the event. It’ll show you how many players are confirmed, not attending, and may be attending.
