Overview:
Team Managers can see which rooms have been fully claimed with a name and a credit card on their block.
Purpose:
After the block of rooms has been confirmed and you have assigned rooms to team members on your roster, parents must go into their GotSport account to fully claim the room. Parents must place a credit card on their assigned room to hold the reservation. Note, this card is not charged but simply in place to reserve the hotel stay.
Any rooms not fully claimed by the booking deadline, which will be emailed to you by our hotel team, will be released back into inventory.
To find who has not claimed a room fully with credit card, please complete the following steps:

Step 1:
- Head to your "Booking" tab on your GotSport profile. From there go to the "Manage Team Bookings" tab.
Step 2:
- From here click on "Manage".
Step 3:
- On your block, scroll through the rooms to see who has attached their credit card and who is still listed as "Card Missing".
- Once a reservation shows a credit card on file, the room is fully claimed and no action is needed.
- For rooms listed as "Card Missing", these parents will need to take action on their reservation before the team's block deadline to ensure the reservation is not released.
