Overview: The Assignor has the ability to set and limit positions for Officials when assigning an event. This article details the steps taken to set your officials positions.
Step 1: Once your Officials have been added to the event, access your event listing through the Assigning module by clicking "View Event" to the right of the event name.
Step 2: In the event listing, click the bulk actions box located next to the officials name, or the "Name" heading, and select the "Add Referee Positions" option.
Step 3: Set the position permissions for your official(s) and click "Save" on the pop-out window.
Step 4: The officials position(s) will update with your selections, highlighting the approved positions in green.
Note: The Assignor must set the officials position approval(s) prior to using the Assigning tools.
