Overview
You can use the Has Any Approval Status or the Has Any Paid Status filters in the Roster Builder to teams based on their players' approvals or paid statuses.
This only applies to passcard events that require the purchase of player cards before playing.
Instructions
Step 1: From your club's dashboard, click on the Club Management tab, then click Roster Builder.
Step 3a: To search teams by player approval status, click the drop-down under the Has Any Approval Status filter and select either Any Approved or Any Not Approved. Then click Search.
- The Any Approved filter will populate teams that have any player(s) approved.
- The Any Not Approved filter will populate teams that have any player(s) who are not approved.
Step 3b: The teams are now filtered by approval status and teams that have any player(s) approved will populate. If you search by Any Not Approved then teams that have any player(s) not approved will populate.
Step 4a: To search teams by player paid status, click the drop-down list under the Has Any Paid Status filter and select either the Any Paid or the Any Unpaid filter. Then click Search.
- The Any Paid filter will populate teams that have any player(s) that have their passcard/ID card paid for.
- The Any Unpaid filter will populate teams that have any player(s) that have not yet had their passcard/ID card purchased.
Step 4b: Teams with any player(s) that have their passcard/ID card purchased will appear. Inversely, if you search by teams with the Any Unpaid filter, teams with any player(s) that do not have their passcards/ID cards purchased will populate.
- In this example, no teams had players who purchased their passcards/ID cards which is why no teams populated.
Step 5: You can search with both filters. For example, you can search for teams by approval status and paid status. Select one filter from each drop-down then click Search. Teams that meet the filter requirements will populate.
