To create state roster rules, click on Association and select Teams from the dropdown.
Then click on Roster Rules.
To view a current roster rule, click on the ID number. If creating a new roster rule, select New Roster Rule:
Then you set the team gender, age and competitive level for the rule, and assign the appropriate values for the total number of players allowed on a roster, along with overage and underage players, club pass players allowed, minimum number of players on the roster, minimum number of Primary (P) players and max number of total underage players.
Then indicate if your state will only allow a player to be a Primary player on a single roster, whether risk management (R/M) and CDC Heads-Up are required for coaches attached to a team, and then whether birth certificates (B/C) and photos are required for rostered players.
