Overview
After creating your program registration shell, you have the ability to create Fee's that you want the registrants to pay at the end of the check out. Instructions
Step 1:
- From the Dashboard select Programs, from the drop-down select Programs List and here you will select the Name of your program.
- Now that you are in the Program select the Registration Fees tab, followed by + New Payment Plan
Step 2:
- In the New Payment Plan pop out, You will be able to build your payment plan.
- Name: Name of the payment plan.
- Description: Any Information about the payment plan. This will be shown to the registrant
- Total Available: Input a number if you want to limit how many times the Payment Plan can be used. For example, if the number is 10, the 11th person to register would not be shown that payment plan. Late Registration Setting:
- No Late Registration - No payments will be allowed past the start date of the monthly payment.
- Preserve Dates/Back Charges - If a user registers late, the payments they miss will be charged on the next payment. (I.E payments that should start in August but the user didn't register until September, the August invoice they missed will be added to September's 1st payments.)
- Preserve Spaces/Push Dates - If anybody registers late, any monthly payments that are missed will be pushed to the end. (I.E payments should start in August but the user didn't register until September, the invoice they missed will be added to the very tail end of the payments)
- Active: Make the payment plan available to be selected for the Registrant when completing your Program Registration.
Step 3:
- Click Save
- You are able to build multiple fees for multiple age groups, and gender specific. Including a Pay in Full Option, and the ability to build Payment Plans.
- Click the "New Scheduled Payment" button to add monthly fees. The screenshot below shows 3 monthly payments set up
- You can click the 'New Payment Plan' button and build as many new fees as you need.
NOTE** If you have multiple payment plans set up for the same Gender/Age Group, they will have multiple options to choose.
