Overview
This article will show you how to submit a background check.
Instructions:
Step 1:
- Log into your GotSport Account (if you need a assistance click here) at https://system.gotsport.com/
- Please ensure that you're using full legal name as it appears on your government issued identification so that your requirements will sync with SafeSport and the National Data Center
Step 2:
- Depending on the roll you have with your club, the user requirements will consist of either Background Check, SafeSport, Heads Up Concussion, or all three. These User requirements will be located on your account "Dashboard". Click the "Details" for the respective requirement to continue.
Step 3:
- After clicking Details next to Background Check, click "Submit New Report".
Step 4:
- Fill out the required information and click the certification checkbox. Sign your name on the signature line (works with mouse or touchscreen) and save your signature.
- Click the submit button on the bottom of the page to submit your report.
