If your state association or league event activates the club roster auto-approval setting, a club admin can approve rosters from the Roster Builder page, as long as the players on the roster adhere to the state association's roster rule settings.
Go to your Roster Builder page, search for the event, and find the team. After adding or cloning players to this event roster, you will see a green check mark symbol on each team. The yellow triangle warning symbol indicates that the players on this event roster have not yet been approved.
- Click the green checkmark symbol and you will get a notification of the approval (or denial) of the players. Please reference the above image to locate the green checkmark.
- After clicking the green checkmark, the approved players will now have the green check mark next to their names and will show up on the team roster and ID card documents.
- A Yellow Triangle means the player is not approved. For some reason they were not eligible for Auto Approval. Check the players requirements and verify that they meet the events governing body requirements.
