WYSL Clubs – Field Coordinator Instructions
This is the new GotSport platform for the WYSL. These instructions will show you how to enter your venues and manage the availability of your venues. Each coordinator can schedule a 10 min one on one online meeting to go over these instructions if needed. Go to system.GotSport.com
You will see a page with a login that looks like this.
Your username will be the email address you used last season. If your email does not work, please reach out to Jared@GotSoccer.com to set up your account.
If you do not know your password, you can use the Forgot Password link. Just remember to go back to the registration form after receiving/resetting your password.
After entering your username and password, the page you see might differ from the screenshot below depending on the role you are logged in as, however, the next step will be the same for all club admins, regardless of the screen you see. Click on the grid symbol in the upper right hand corner.
The list of roles connected to your account will be displayed. Select the club from the list that you want to view.
ALL FIELDS WILL BE DEFAULTED TO CLOSED.
IN ORDER TO SET SPECIFIC AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR FIELDS, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT SEE A FIELD THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO, PLEASE CONTACT WYSL FIRST AND/OR SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET TO GOTSPORT HERE
Go to CLUB MANAGEMENT, then click on TEAM REGISTRATIONS
You will now be seeing all teams that have registered for the event. To see the details of that team’s registration and to set availability, click on the team’s name.
On this page, you will see the basic age, gender, and team name details. All can be updated and saved. To go to the field details, click on SCHEDULING REQUESTS.
Click on Fields.
This is the main area you will enter all of your venue requests. Even though you click on a specific team, you can enter TIME constraints for ALL teams in your club from this page. FOR FIELD PRIORITY, you will need to do this team by team.
All fields will be defaulted to closed. To enter a time availability, click on the BLUE CLOCK SYMBOL for the specific week in which it applied.
After clicking on the clock symbol, SCROLL TO THE TOP OF THE SCREEN, you can enter specific hours for that field for that round/day. You can also choose to apply this to all fields or just this field. You can choose to apply this time to this round or multiple rounds. Click SAVE when you’re done.
You will be able to review the time entries from the main fields view. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE CLOSED LISTING THAT REMAINS AFTER YOU ADD AN AVAILABLE TIME. ANY TIME ENTERED WILL TAKE PRECEDENT.
For FIELD PRIORITY, click on the edit button.
Choose the priority from the drop down. You can apply this to multiple fields. This priority will only apply to the team you are currently clicked into, or all teams. Click SAVE when done.
