In Eastern Pennsylvania, in order to transfer a player, you simply release the player from their primary team first. Once the player has been released, the new club can search for the player, add them to the club and assign them to the new team. Once the player is approved on the new roster, you will see a "T" to designate the transfer.
If you need help releasing a player, searching for a player, or assigning a player to the new roster please the instructions below.
Step 1: Releasing Club will "remove" the Player from the Team they are rostered with.
From the Dashboard, select "Club Management", and "Roster Builder".
Here you will select the "event".
Once you see the team on the right-hand side you have two options:
A.) Click the red "X" to release the player.
OR
B.) If you see a 
(Lock) icon you will need to reach out to the League for the player to be released.
Step 2: Searching For The Player
The Receiving Club will go to "Club management" > "Players" > "Add Player", and insert the First Name, Last name, Email, DOB, and Zip and hit "Search".
Here you will choose the Affiliation and hit "add user".
Now that the player is added to the Club, you will be able to add them to the Team inside of your club account.
Now that the player is added it will appear like this with a "T" next to the status.
