GotSport allows for you to submit players to your governing association without having to place those players on a team. The below instructions will demonstrate how to directly submit your players based off of the applicable Competitive Levels as required.
Step One:
Click "Club Management" and then "Players".
Step 2:
- Use the filters to find the players in which you want to register, including the Player Competitive Level filter. After selecting the Player Competitive Level filter, select Recreational and click Search.
Step 3:

Select the checkboxes next to the players you want to submit, then click the "Register" button.

**Note: you can select the bulk checkbox at the very top to Select All. Once you select all, you have the option to select all of the Users in the selection. If you only select the top checkbox, it will only pull the number of Users in the list on the current page (noted by the number in parentheses next to Bulk Actions)

Step 4:
- Once you click Register, a new box will open - select the correct seasonal year, and the appropriate Competitive Level based off of who you searched for. In this example -- Recreational.
- Once complete you will click Register and your Member Registrations will be sent in for processing.
- You will see a status window pop up. Wait for the "Job Complete" message.
Step 5:
- Once you receive the confirmation message, you will be automatically directed to the "Club Management" > "Registrations" area of your account.
Step 6:
- Choose the Seasonal Year that you just submitted for in the dropdown menu and click "SUBMIT"
- Review your Billing and click Pay Now at the bottom right corner.
- Enter your credit card information and click PAY
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER AUTO-FILL FOR THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THIS CAN RESULT IN AN ERROR AND PAYMENT NOT BEING SUBMITTED. MAKE SURE TO TYPE IN YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
- Wait for payment to process. DO NOT CLICK REFRESH. You will now see your payment confirmation and are now finished with purchasing your recreational memberships.
- You can review all purchased memberships by clicking on DETAILS at the top of the page.
- You can remove memberships from your cart by clicking the "Delete" button.
Note*** You only have the option to remove memberships from your cart that have NOT ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR.
