Overview:
Club administrators may enter blackout requests for their teams after they have registered for an event. This is dependent on the event allowing blackout dates.
Instructions:
Step One:
Navigate to the team's event registration. This can be done by clicking on the team name, then clicking team registrations, and the event name. You can also go to club management and team registrations and then filter by the event.
Step Two:
Click "Scheduling Requests". A calendar will appear for the dates of the event. Click on the date that you want the blackout for. A section will appear for a new request. Click "New Request".
Step Three:
Fill out with the date and time of the blackout request. Include any other information the event may require and click "Create Schedule Pram". This will create the blackout which will create a blue bar.
NOTE: We recommend selecting the date from the dropdown calandar. Typing in the dates could create an error if a four-number year date format is typed in.
