Sometimes, when registering a player/coach may accidentally set their child's player account as their own, and never create a GotSport account for themselves. Club Admins can easily resolve the issue if the player is part of their club
Step 1
- Navigate the player's account and switch the email address from Email/UserID box to the Contact Email box. This will allow you to create an account (login) for the parent using that email address and will solve the 'email already exists' error when creating an account.
NOTE: You will want to make sure the contact email has the parent's email so they get notifications pertaining to that account.
Step 2:
- Once completed, you will be able to create the parent account and connect it to the player's profile.
