Setting up ability for teams to add Guest and Club Pass Players
To set up the ability for teams to use Guest Players and/or Club Pass players, please follow these steps:
1. Open your Scheduling module and click on "events".
2. Locate your event and click on the event name.
3. At the top of the page, you'll want to click on the "Access & Options".
4. From the "Actions & Option" page scroll down the bottom of this list.
5. Once you get to the Status Labels you will see check boxes for both guest players and club pass players. You can click on one or both of these to allow teams to use these types of players.
6. Note that you can also modify the labels of these as desired for your event.
