Overview
As an event director, once college coaches are enabled, you can find the link to the list of college coaches that have registered to attend your event.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Within your club account, click on "Scheduling" and then click on "Events"
Step 2.
- Click on the name of your event
Step 3.
- Once your event has Enabled College Coach Registration Link, you will want to go to the Event Info tab
Step 4.
- Under "Public Pages" on the right side of the screen locate the link for "College Coaches"
- You can click on the box to the right of the link to copy it and have the ability to paste where desired and provide to your registered teams.
Note: The link will also appear on the top of your public schedule page for teams to access once it is published. These instructions are for event directors when they want to make the link available prior to the public schedule page being ready to publish.
