Overview
Within Roster Builder, when a club admin receives a roster error when trying to place a player on a roster, they can quickly see a list of teams that player is rostered on.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Within Roster Builder, when an admin receives an error/notification such as:
Step 2.
- Close the pop-up screen and locate the player from the list of players in Roster Builder
Step 3.
- For that player, click on the button that has an icon with people on it:
Step 4.
- Upon clicking that button, you will see a list of any/all rosters that the player is on. The reason that the error message is appearing is that the player is already rostered as a "Primary" player on another team and not eligible for the team you're working on. The player would need to be released from that team to be eligible to be rostered for a different team.
