Benefits of an Assignor Organization verse Assigning from a User Role within Associated Organization

We have different paths for different types of assignors.  So the question is what is the right path for you?  Unless your parent organization is dictating a structural setup in GotSport, you will have the choice.

Do you assign for more than one organization?  Do you assign referees for multiple tournaments run by different organizations?  Do you assign games for select clubs within the same playing league?

If yes, our recommendation is a separate assignor organization account.  The assignor organization allows you to have a pool of referees that may be used across any event.  This pool is controlled by the assignor by a direct relationship to their user account.

If no, you may select to use an assignor user role within your associated organization.  Here the referee relationship is made directly with that organization allowing access by other organizational admins.  They will not have access to assigning unless also requested from the event but if they do you will be using the same referee pool.
