Overview
Club Administrators can use the Roster Builder tool to place filters for a search, and then bulk remove those players from a roster that match that search.
For example, if a team roster is cloned from one season to the next and an admin wants to filter for who has not registered in the new season's program, any/all of those players can then be removed from the roster at once.
Instructions
Step 1.
- From the club dashboard, click on Club Management > Roster Builder
Step 2.
- Select the event from the dropdown that you're working on the event roster for and then click "Submit"
Step 3.
- Use the filters to implement the desired search. ie. Players not registered in a specific program
Step 4.
- Any players that fall under the search filter will appear in white as seen in the screenshot below.
- Click on the "Actions" button and then the "Remove Players Matching Search" button to bulk remove players from all teams if match the search.
***Note that this function will remove players from all teams within the event and not just the one visible team
Step 5.
- Click the OK button to confirm this action
Step 6.
- You will get a message that says this was done successfully along with the number of players that were removed and the players that were not highlighted will reflect as being removed from the rosters
