How to complete GA/USSSA Participation waiver

Step 1:

Log in to your account and click on the dashboard

Step 2:

Then click on the participation waiver link 

Step 3:

Click on submit a new form 

Step 4:

Confirm your DOB Information   read the waiver

Step 5:

sign using your mouse

Finally, click save. 

A payment form will appear to pay and complete the process. (note that USSSA required that the FEE must be paid by the coach or manager and no vouchers are available ).
