As a Parent- How to Search/Add Another Parent to a Child Account

Overview

From a parent account, you have the ability to add a second parent to a child account that you're connected to.

Instructions

Step 1:

•   From within your account, click on the "Family" button.

Step 2:

•   Click on the child's account where the additional parent will be included on.

Step 3:

•   When you're in the child account, go to "family". You will see the "add parent/guardian" button, click the button.

Step 4:

•   You will search for the email to see if an account exists within the GotSport system.

• If an account has an EmailUserID that matches the search you will have the ability to add the parent

• If you need to create a new account with an EmailUserID which is not recognized within the system, you will be prompted to create an account.

• You will fill out all the information and click save.
